The guest's well-being is our tradition – and that is already in the fourth generation. In 2010 Stefan Albus took over the Lamm Hotel / Restaurant from his parents and since then continues to manage it in their interest together with his wife Kerstin. And if you believe the children Maximilian and Hanna, this tradition will not change for quite some time.
After his training as a cook and restaurant specialist, Stefan Albus perfected his knowledge in renowned establishments such as the Heinz Winkler Residenz in Aschau, in the Bareiss Hotel in Baiersbronn and the Mandarin Oriental in Munich. In addition he completed a training in Heidelberg as a hotel manager.
Kerstin Albus also gained many valuable experiences before the Lamm Hotel/Restaurant. Her training as a hotel specialist was followed by work at the gourmet restaurant Jöhri's Talvo in St. Moritz and in the Heinz Winkler Residenz. She extended her knowledge, like her husband, with a training course as hotel manager in Heidelberg
Together Stefan and Kerstin stand not only for food and drinks with great finesse but also above all for warm and friendly hospitality. An aspiration that guests feel from the first moment: whether families, couples or business people - enjoyment and well-being is the first priority in the Lamm Hotel/Restaurant.
